Personalised Goods

All of our personalised items are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you. Because of this we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 4 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Non-personalised orders

Conditions of returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

• The goods are in resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any item(s) that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Replacement for damaged item(s)

If your order arrives damaged or broken, we're happy to replace the affected item(s). Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage to the item(s), the exterior of the packaging when it arrived and one of the interior of the packaging along with your order number. Once reviewed and accepted, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
